Thank you for choosing us for your professional lash and beauty supplies! To ensure your products are accurately prepared and to minimize wait times at our studio, please review our local pickup policy below.

🗓️ Designated Pickup Schedule
Orders designated for local pickup may only be retrieved during our specific inventory and studio management hours. We are unable to accommodate pickups outside of these designated windows:

Pickup Days: Monday & Thursday Only

Pickup Hours: 10:00 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST

⏳ 2-Hour Minimum Fulfillment Window
All orders require a minimum processing window of two (2) business hours from the time the order is placed to be pulled, verified, and packaged by our team.

Same-Day Cutoff: Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on a Monday or Thursday will be processed and available for retrieval on the following scheduled pickup day.

✉️ Wait for Email Confirmation
Please do not travel to the studio immediately after placing your order or exactly at the 2-hour mark.

You must wait until you receive a dedicated "Your Order is Ready for Pickup" email confirmation. This notification is your guarantee that your items are fully secured, packed, and ready for you. Because our staff may be occupied with clients, we cannot guarantee immediate service for early arrivals.

🪪 What to Bring for Retrieval
To maintain order security and ensure supplies are distributed safely, please present the following upon arrival:

A digital or printed copy of your Order Confirmation Email (showing the order number).

A valid photo ID matching the name on the purchasing account.

Note: If you are sending an assistant, courier, or third party to retrieve your supplies, please reply directly to your order confirmation email beforehand to authorize that specific individual by name.

🛑 Unclaimed Orders
Supplies not retrieved within fourteen (14) calendar days of the initial readiness notification will be subject to cancellation. A 15% restocking fee will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded as studio store credit.

Local Delivery Policy
We are pleased to offer convenient local delivery to bring your lash supplies, beauty essentials, directly to your doorstep. Please review our schedule, delivery windows, and daily cutoff times below to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
🗓️ Delivery Schedule & Same-Day Cutoff
  • Delivery Days: Monday through Saturday. (No deliveries on Sundays).
  • Same-Day Delivery Cutoff: Orders must be placed by 8:30 AM EST to qualify for same-day delivery.
  • Next-Day Delivery: Any orders placed after 8:30 AM EST will be processed and scheduled for delivery on the following delivery day.
📍 Delivery Windows & Tracking
  • Standard local deliveries are typically completed between 10:00 AM EST and 6:00 PM EST.
  • You will receive a text message or email notification when your driver is en route, along with an estimated arrival window.
🛑 Drop-Off Instructions & Security
  • Safe Drop-Off Location: Please utilize the "Delivery Notes" field at checkout to specify a secure drop-off location (e.g., “Leave at front desk of salon,” “Side porch,” or “Gate code ####”).
  • High-Value Supplies: Because professional beauty and lash supplies are high-value items, we highly recommend scheduling your delivery for a day when someone is available to receive the package.
  • Liability: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items once the driver has successfully dropped off the package at your specified location.

T-Shirt Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting our brand! Because we are committed to sustainability and delivering the highest quality, every single item is made to order. This means we do not keep a massive, pre-made inventory, and your item is crafted specifically for you.
📦 Processing & Production Time
  • Processing Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to source materials and create your custom order before it ships.
  • Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping delivery times apply after the initial 3–5 day production window.
Estimated Total Delivery Time: > Production Time (3–5 business days) + Carrier Shipping Time = Delivery to your door.
📍 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has officially left our studio. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
🛑 Address Corrections
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately—however, once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
